Perfect for combining relaxation and active holidays. The space Our newly furnished holiday home with 73 m² of living space offers you the highest comfort and modern equipment for a relaxed stay. Completely renovated in 2021, the house impresses with high-quality materials and thoughtful design. Indoor: The cottage has two cozy bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable box spring beds and guarantee you a restful night's sleep. In addition, you will find a workspace with a screen in one of the bedrooms – ideal for digital nomads or for anyone who wants to stay productive even on vacation. The open living and dining area is flooded with light and invites you to linger. A comfortable sofa bed with 150cm lying area, is available for more guests. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with all main appliances such as oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer. There's also no shortage of cooking utensils, so you can easily prepare your favorite dishes. The floor heating in the entire house is provided for cozy warmth, complemented by a fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere, especially on cooler evenings. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with glass wall and a double sink to provide extra comfort. Outside space: Enjoy your free time on the terrace, which is equipped with a gas grill – perfect for social barbecues and relaxing hours al fresco. The terrace merges seamlessly into the extensive garden, which is equipped with a hammock, comfortable loungers and a fire pit. Here you can sit back and enjoy the stunning view over the vineyards. The property of 1,237m ² offers you enough space to relax and unwind. Guest access Your stay starts relaxed with our convenient self-check-in. The lockbox is located at the entrance area, so you can check in flexibly at any time. Please note that the parking space is a little away from the entrance and you have to walk up a few steps to get to the front door. The entire place is at your disposal so you can feel completely comfortable. If you have any questions or need any support, we are at your disposal at any time. Other things to note Dogs are welcome here! However, please note that the property is not fenced. Wild animals such as deers, rabbits and foxes are not uncommon especially in the evening/night. For your vehicles, a garage with electric gate for up to two cars is available, and outside you can park at least two more cars comfortably.
