Visit our modern designed apartment where a large family or even 2 or 3 couples can comfortably spend their vacation. Location has several advantages: just a few minutes' walk to Balaton with its beautiful plane tree avenue, so to the bustling main street with bars. Yet, our little street offers privacy for our guests: children can run into the garden from the private terrace, and our 12-meter heated pool provides an opportunity for swimming from spring to autumn. The space The spacious 70 m² apartment features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and dining living room, accommodating up to 7 people. The "checkered room" has a king-size bed, the "yellow room" has a queen-size pull-out bed and a single bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed if needed. Upon request, we can provide a crib (travel cot) for our smallest guests. The dining area with a large table is located in the same space as the living room, alongside a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, children's dishes and high chair, a coffee maker, and wine glasses. Of the two bathrooms, guests can choose to bathe their children in the bathtub, or use the spacious shower. Washing machine is also available for guests. Guest access You can step out onto the private terrace and into the garden from every room. The parking space reserved for our guests is just a few steps from the terrace, so is the pool, which is exclusively for the use of the residents of the building. Other things to note For those sensitive to air conditioning, we want to highlight that the apartment building is a "green building" with very comfortable ceiling cooling/heating system. This means that even in the hottest weather, there's no need for the cold draft of air conditioning to maintain a pleasant temperature. Registration Details EG24097391
