The space This three-bedroom house features built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans with lights in all bedrooms, offering plenty of natural light. The lounge area includes a TV and split-system air conditioning. There is also a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs. The property has one full bathroom with a shower screen and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave/oven, tea and coffee facilities, and a toaster. The house also includes a private, fully fenced backyard with outdoor furniture. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. Off-street parking is available. **Also two secure parking space on the driveway.** We can accommodate up to six guests. Extra charges apply for additional guests beyond the first. **Strictly no parties.** We have very quiet neighbors, and it is important to respect them. No noise is permitted after 9 p.m. Occasionally, some people may stay in the back retreat, so please respect their privacy. Visitors are welcome but are not allowed to stay overnight. If extra guests stay overnight, the host must be informed for safety reasons, and additional charges will apply. Guest access "Guests can access the entire house, front yard, and back yard, except for the retreat area at the back of the property." **Note:** All tradespeople will also have access to a secure lockup garage where you can store and lock your valuable items. The garage is attached to the main house. Other things to note "Garbage bins are put out on Wednesday nights. The red bin is collected every week.
