Easy for work or relaxing. 15 minutes from the Old City & airport. Thai owner Nina, fluent in English and her kiwi partner Marty. The space The cottage is essentially 3.5 rooms comprising large combined kitchen/dining/living room with separate large bedroom with en suite and a small separate laundry room with washing machine. Spacious and airy with high, 2.8m ceilings. Daikin aircon throughout the 2 main rooms. Cool down quickly on a hot day. Unlike most Thai houses ours has hot water in both kitchen and bathroom. We have endeavored to make it as comfortable and restive as we can. Guest access Our cottage fronts the property with our separate house behind. Guests can easily access the cottage via the front gate. The cottage has oversized sliding glass doors for ease of entry. Other things to note The cottage comes with a bicycle for use to go to local shops if required. We can also assist with scooter hire if interested. Secure scooter parking on site plus car parking in the soi. Free use of Weber bbq available.
