Here you can enjoy living in a tiny house on about 23 square meters of living space and an idyllic terrace - without having to sacrifice any amenities. Cook something delicious and then decide whether you prefer to eat indoors overlooking the enchanting garden or outside on the idyllic terrace. Don't worry, you can easily clean your dishes in the small dishwasher. Spilled something? No problem. The small washing machine in the tiny washes your laundry. By the way, the Tiny is designed by its construction in such a way that it is habitable all year round. In winter, the underfloor heating ensures warm feet and in summer the air conditioning cools. The Tiny is located in the picturesque market town of Burgheim. In Burgheim, there is everything you need for everyday life. A Rewe supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. Burgheim lies between the Renaissance city of Neuburg an der Donau and the romantic Donauwörth. The Audi stronghold of Ingolstadt and the Fugger city of Augsburg can be reached within 40 minutes. The beautiful flower town of Rain am Lech is in the immediate neighborhood. Burgheim is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Altmühl Valley, the Urdonautal Trail or the Romantic Road. For guests who want to stay longer for professional reasons, it is ideally located due to its proximity to Audi, Airbus, Polytan, Sonax and other large companies. You can park your car on the street right in front of the entrance or you can park it protected on the property. Burgheim also has a train station. Do you prefer to travel by bike? There are fantastic bike paths in the area (e.g. the Danube Cycle Path). You can park your bike safely and covered on the premises. If you stay longer than 14 days, weekly cleaning is included. Change of towels and bed linen included. Guest access The entire tiny house, including terrace and beautiful stone garden with pond and fireplace, is at your disposal.
