We are a corner unit located between 25th–30th floor (exact unit shared upon confirmed booking). The building, One Uptown Residence, is located just beside One Uptown Mall and Grand Hyatt hotel, and near Serendra complex and schools such as International School Manila (ISM), Treston and British School Manila (BSM). Guest access -Self check-in -Pre-registration required by building so please send valid IDs -Guests can access the swimming pool but subject to building rules and policies Other things to note Fresh towels and starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bathroom tissue) are provided. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish these items on their own. For long-staying guests, fresh bedsheets and towels are provided every 7 days. The schedule may vary by 1–2 days depending on cleaner availability. 🚗 Parking Information Pay parking available in the building Monday to Sunday and holidays Php50 first 3 hours and Php15/hr. succeeding hour.
