Adjacent to the living room you will find the spacious kitchen complete with all appliances and a designer dining table that can seat up to 6 people. You will find: - Kettle and Nespresso coffee machine complete with matching coffee pods and tea bags; - Microwave; - Cutlery; - Pots; - Pans; - Toasters; - Miscellaneous cooking utensils; - Washer-dryers; - Dishwasher. Exiting the kitchen and passing through the initial hallway you will find the first air-conditioned Master Room with private bathroom. This is a modern room with floral wallpaper complete with a King Size bed (mattress dimensions - width 180 [cm] x length 200 [cm] x height 29 [cm] including topper) and a useful wardrobe. The comfortable private windowed bathroom is complete with a large walk-in shower, sanitary ware (WC+bidet) and a washbasin with a shelf above which is a hair dryer. Retracing the entire hallway you arrive at the two other air-conditioned Master Rooms with wallpaper. The first on the right has a spectacular view of the Torre Ghirlandina complete with King Size bed (mattress dimensions - width 180 [cm] x length 200 [cm] x height 29 [cm] including topper) and a useful wardrobe. As you exit you will find the entrance to the last Master Room in the flat, also with a King Size bed (mattress dimensions - width 180 [cm] x length 200 [cm] x height 29 [cm] including topper) and a useful wardrobe. Each double bedroom is tastefully furnished with modern wallpaper and equipped with the latest generation of 4K 40‘/43’ Smart TVs connected to the wi-fi network, allowing you to enjoy the best TV series and music using platforms such as Netflix and You Tube. On each bed there is a 5 [cm] high topper and 2 additional pillows to make you more comfortable during your stay. The blinds and blackout curtains in the rooms will completely shield you from the light so that you can enjoy your stay in complete harmony.
