The Boheme room is located on the 2nd floor of Villa 22, prepared with 01 soft King size bed with two types of pillows: big and hard pillows for those who love the solid support, small and soft pillows for those who want to immerse in the comfort and comfort. Other things to note To ensure your vacation is the safest and most comfortable, please note our applicable regulations as following: I. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. Stimulants: The use of drugs and stimulants in all forms is strictly prohibited on the Villa 22 premises. We have the right to refuse service or invite authorities to intervene if any violation is detected. 2. Tobacco: To ensure the comfort of guests staying at the hotel, and at the same time comply with Vietnamese Law, all bedrooms in the hotel are specified as non-smoking. Violations will result in a statutory fee. You can smoke in the backyard area of the villa 3. Order: Please keep order after 22:00, limit loud music or make noise affecting the common space. 4. Keep it clean: Please always keep the general hygiene, do not throw garbage indiscriminately. 5. Pets: Pets are not allowed. 6. Event: Event is allowed. Please contact Villa 22 - Dalat in advance for advice and support. 7. Photography, filming: Commercial photography and filming are allowed (with fee). 8. Camera system: Villa 22 has installed a surveillance camera system at the 1st floor lobby, living room, dining room, 2nd floor lobby and outside area of the house. The camera system is only used in case of necessity, to ensure security and order and resolve arising issues. II. SEPARATE REGULATIONS FOR AREAS 1. Please wash the cookware and dinnerware after use at the kitchen area. 2. The refrigerator will be cleaned up after each day. Please contact the housekeeper if you want to keep it to the end of your trip. 3. Villa 22 is committed to saving water, energy, and other resources. If you want to change new towels, please leave the old ones in the basket. Thank you for joining us in protecting the environment. 4. Villa 22 encourages you to bring and use toiletries. In case of need, you can contact the housekeeper to be provided with toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair shooting, … III. PROVISIONS ON SAFETY 1. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to use the cooking facilities in the room. The kettle in the room is for boiling water only and is NOT meant to boil any other liquids or food. In case of violation, please pay the cost of compensation for cleaning and deodorizing equipment according to regulations. 2. For the safety of children, please do not let children play in the hallways or go to public areas unaccompanied. 3. Please be careful the floor is slippery, especially after showering. IV. PROVISIONS ON PRESERVATION OF PROPERTY AND TEMPLES 1. Villa 22 very appreciates the facilities that are meticulously prepared and dedicated to serving tourists. Please do not arbitrarily move furniture inside the house. If you damage, you need to compensate according to the value posted at the reception area. In case you break or break (can't fix) the items, equipment in the room or the areas located in the villa, we will charge compensation as prescribed. Details please contact the housekeeper. 2. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed to be brought in and used in the bedrooms as well as in the villa premises, especially smelly food. You are responsible for paying the stipulated additional service cost for cleaning, deodorizing brought in by food from outside. 3. Please keep the room clean, throw the garbage in the right place. In case the room condition needs a lot of processing time to meet the standard of the hotel, please pay the additional housekeeping service fee regardless of the cost of restoration, repair, ... if any. V. YOUR BENEFITS 1. You are free to use the common spaces of Villa 22, including living room, dining room, kitchen, garden, ... 2. Each bedroom can comfortably accommodate 2 adults, up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). 2. Children under 6 years of age are free of charge. 3. Children 6 years or older will surcharge 300,000 VND/child/night. Villa 22 has an extra mattress provided (we do not have a cot or extra bed).
