The space ✅ Guest Amenities • Sleeping & Essentials: 2 queen-sized beds with 100% cotton bedding, washing machine, dryer, TV, chargers. • Kitchen & Dining: Air conditioner, air circulator, cooking utensils (2-burner induction cooktop, frying pan, pot, scissors, knife, cutting board, dishes), water purifier, coffee machine, wine glasses, wine opener, soju glasses, mugs, refrigerator, electric kettle, and basic seasonings (salt, sugar, pepper). • Bathroom & Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, 100% cotton towels, and a hair dryer. 📌Body towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Entry is prohibited for anyone other than the registered guests, and the maximum occupancy is 4 people. Only guests who have been pre-registered are allowed to use and stay in the accommodation. Entry of additional guests without prior reservation may result in immediate eviction without a refund. (CCTV is operating at the entrance.) 📌 Prohibited in the Accommodation: Hair dyeing (including bleaching) • Any damage, contamination, or loss of items (both indoors and outdoors) will result in compensation liability. Restoration, replacement, and potential loss of business costs may be charged. Please notify the host immediately if an issue occurs. • Pets are not allowed. • Please do not place luggage or carriers on beds or indoors. • Parking is not allowed in the building. Please use nearby public parking lots or the "모두의 주차장" app for parking. • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, including electronic cigarettes. Cooking greasy or strong-smelling foods (such as Tom Yum, Mala soup, stews, pork belly, steak, spicy fish stew, etc.) is not allowed. Special cleaning fees may be charged for contamination caused by these actions. • Please refrain from actions that may disturb neighbors after 10 PM. Any complaints may result in eviction. Check-out time is strictly before 11:00 AM. Late check-out beyond 10 minutes will incur additional charges.
