For full cooking, additional kitchen usage, gas, and cleaning charges will apply. • Homemade food packages can be arranged with prior notice of at least 1 day. Packages include lunch, high tea, dinner, and breakfast. • A caretaker is available on-site only for basic assistance, minor issues, and coordination with management during your stay. • For stays longer than 1 night, basic housekeeping and cleaning will be done once daily at a scheduled time. • In case of MSEB power cuts, the villa management will not be responsible for the outage. Inverter backup is available for limited lights and fans only, subject to backup duration. ACs and geysers will not function during power cuts.
