The generous covered verandas provide weather protected lounging and dining options for any time of the day and season, ensuring ambient comfort and privacy for all guests. Off-street parking is available with staircase access to the residence where you are welcomed through colonial entrance door to the main living area imbued with abundant natural light, French doors, lead light windows and 11ft ceilings that transport you to another time, coupled with modern furnishings to promote a comfortable inviting energy and relaxing stay. The home features open plan living and dining with a country-style timber kitchen with gas hob, wall oven, dishwasher and split-system air conditioning. There are three bedrooms offering king & queen options with ceiling fans and French doors providing access to the covered verandas. The king size master has a split-system air conditioner (heating & cooling).
