The space This familysuite/Studio apartment is an independent space and is well suitable for a single family of 4 members/couples having small kids & for couples .It incorporates a kitchenette provision also with regard to the guests preference for themselves to do self catering for their meals option. Room 1 : Efficiency room Entry in this room means you have entered this apartment. We call it as an efficiency room as it incorporates a kitchenette which consists of a mini fridge , a blender, toaster induction stove,microwave and a water purifier furthermore to that this room offers dishes and space for cooking & eating. In addition to all of the above, this room of the apartment is only connected to the bathroom, bedroom and patio. This room is also equipped with one-double sized bed which can attune 2 person comfortably. Room 2: Superior room This room comprises of one double bed , a wardrobe- cabinet, Smart led ,workstation desk&chair,a luggage rack and blackout curtains with outstanding views of the hill & surrounding landscape. This room is equipped with a double queen size beds to sleep. Patio/ virtual garden It comprises a private virtual garden sit out area often called as patio for the guests to enjoy their tea/ coffee/meals while chasing sunsets to capture nature's artwork painted across the orange skies. Greet your day, witness the open sky and greenwood forest in the same frame which make the views more vivid and refreshing. Bath: Single bathroom Spotlessly clean bath room with a separate bath area . Facilities like Hot&cold shower branded toiletries and super clean towels are kept for use. Other things to note House Rules 1)Noise & Disturbances: Please be considerate of your neighbours and maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 11 pm and 7 am. Refrain from hosting loud parties or events on the property. 2)Smoking: It is strictly prohibited inside the room. Designated smoking areas are available in the balcony. 3) Chewing Tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions. 4) Damages & Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. Please report any such incidents promptly. Charges may apply for repairs or replacements. 5) Safety & Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment unattended. We will not be responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings. 6) Maximum occupancy: Max 4 persons are requested to book their stay here in case of emergency only one more guest can be accommodated and will be given an extra cot . 500 INR shall be applicable for the same. 7) Room Heater Charges: Extra charges applicable @ 200 -400 INR per night/per Heater Patio Heater :- 700 per night Guest access The location of the property is well connected via transport from all the major places of the city and is 20 mins drive by car from the Mall Road/Ridge/ Lift/Jakhoo /ISBT. Guests can also access public transport comfortably ( local busses/shared taxi)for commuting to&fro to the location. It’s just 300 metres away from the bus station and 30 meters far from the monastery,this property is easily accessible for both the travellers commuting via private vehicle or public transport. Griham Inn is located on the first floor of the building with private access to the suite/apartment which is segregated from the shared path used by residents for car parking . Other things to note Stag and hen parties are not allowed. Male groups please refrain.
