Located in the enchanting Itria Valley, at the junction of the territories of Castellana Grotte, Monopoli and Alberobello, the "Borgo dei Trulli Fanelli" accommodation facility has an enviable organic complex of trulli, divided into two distinct accommodation situations, and composed of six cones and three alcoves. Recently renovated in accordance with the ancient traditions of the trulli masters of the past, the village is located in an area full of history and culture. The space Trullo no. 1 – The Heart of the Village Consisting of 4 cones and 3 alcoves, Trullo no. 1 is the main nucleus of the structure and can accommodate up to 2 people. The central cone houses a bright dining room, around which the other rooms are arranged: A cozy bedroom, perfect for relaxing in an intimate atmosphere; A living room where you can breathe the living stone of the trulli; A fully equipped kitchen for preparing local dishes; An elegant bathroom, complete with all comforts. Trullo no. 1 is reserved for guests at the time of standard booking for two people. Trullo no. 2 – An Intimate Nest in the Stone Consisting of 2 cones, Trullo no. 2 is a small private oasis that includes: A double bedroom; A private bathroom. This second trullo is opened starting from the third guest or upon request, offering flexibility and additional space for groups or families. Other things to note We're unable to accommodate guests other than those who have booked. Parties are not allowed. After 9:00 p.m., a supplement of €30.00 is required for check-in. Minors must be continuously and constantly supervised by their parents or guardians, who are solely responsible for their safety. For safety reasons, in compliance with local regulations, it is strictly forbidden to light braziers, fireplaces and barbecues inside and outside the property. The property is exclusively for guests. In case of booking for 2 people, the entire accommodation will be accessible excluding the second bedroom, which will remain closed. If two guests wish to use two separate bedrooms, there is a surcharge, to be selected as if it were a third guest at the time of booking. We kindly advise guests that routine garden maintenance and pool cleaning are carried out on a variable basis depending on the season.
