At the entrance, you will find a bright dining area with a modern kitchen, complete with everything you might need: pots, pans, dishes, coffee machine, kettle, plates and glasses. In short, everything you need to feel at home! The dining area offers two configurations: a large table for six people and a wall table with two stools, so that everyone has their own space to enjoy their favorite dishes. The dining area has a 50-inch Smart TV with integrated streaming services (Netflix) and there is an air conditioning system; in addition, for the little ones there will be a high chair. Proceeding towards the sleeping area we will have: - 1 spacious suite with a king-size bed; - 1 suite with a king-size bed and two single beds, one of which can be pulled out if necessary. - 1 suite with a very comfortable double sofa bed, in this area there is also a desk with an ergonomic chair and a 50" Smart TV to enjoy a nice movie or to watch a football game all together. Each suite is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable temperature and a restful night's sleep, a 50" Smart TV to enjoy a movie or TV series in comfort, and a wardrobe with plenty of space to store your personal belongings, and you will have plenty of space dedicated to you. On request, we can arrange a crib for the little ones, and there will also be a high chair for baby food and children's dishes. Guest access Access to the property is very simple: simply send a message to the host when you arrive at the property, and you will receive the code that lets you access the lockbox containing the house keys.
