A 40 sqm studio apartment. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a balcony. The space Sea&Lake is a four-level apartment building with a rooftop observation deck, a swimming pool and a relaxation area (open during the summer season). Our guests can use the amenities free of charge. At Sea&Lake Mielno, there is an outdoor swimming pool on the observation deck in the summer season from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guest access Approximate distances: beach: 500 m; shop: 1 km; restaurant: 1 km; pharmacy: 1.5 km; station: 17 km. Other things to note To check in and receive the apartment access code, you must complete the following formalities online before your stay: - Guest must sign the apartment rental agreement and pay the resort fee of PLN 3.40 per person per night, along with any additional fees selected by the guest. - All check-in information and instructions for paying additional fees can be found in the stay manager, which guests receive via the number provided when booking. - After completing all the formalities described, the apartment access code will be sent to the guest on the day of check-in.
