The space PROPERTY DETAILS This beautiful townhouse offers carport parking for one vehicle, with additional space for a second vehicle directly behind. Entry & Access The property is accessed via a lockbox located by the door, providing quick and easy access during your visit. The lockbox code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. Bedrooms The house has 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed (Accommodation for 4 guests) Home Features The house is open, airy, clean, and modern, with ducted air-conditioning to be installed in time for Christmas. It has been tastefully decorated and newly furnished throughout, providing a comfortable and stylish environment. Outdoor Living A large outdoor undercover verandah features a dining area that overlooks the garden and offers stunning water views. The entire backyard is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. Kitchen & BBQ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, pans, crockery, cooking implements, and cutlery. Additionally, a gas BBQ on the back verandah is available for your use throughout your stay. Household Essentials We strive to keep cleaning costs at a minimum by providing a starter pack that includes: Tea, coffee, and milk 3-in-1 body wash and hair 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet After the starter pack, guests are required to purchase their own supplies. Please note, we do not provide sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided via our Premium Linen Service, and we also offer beach towels for your use. The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device, which monitors the volume of sounds but does not record conversations. If there are reports of loud noise, parties, or events, we will investigate and, if necessary, ask you to vacate the property immediately. This is a high-quality, luxury house ideal for families, friends, and small groups who seek a quiet, peaceful stay. Cleaning Policy A standard cleaning charge applies to your stay. If additional cleaning is required due to garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, or cigarette butts/smell/burns (which will be cleaned or repaired), guests will be charged for the extra cleaning and replacement costs.
