The space Step out onto the private balcony—accessible from both the living room and bedroom—ideal for enjoying your morning cup of coffee and soaking in views of the pool and residence (On the first floor in the lobby, there is a machine with a large selection of delicious coffee available for purchase at any time.) This spacious living area exudes an airy ambiance, thanks to expansive windows that flood the space with natural light. The cozy seating area, complete with a sofa and TV, provides the perfect spot to relax after activity day at the beach. You need to work? The table near the sofa easily doubles as a convenient workspace. The living room seamlessly flows into an open-plan kitchen perfect for whipping up quick and easy meals or enjoying take-out dinners. The bedroom features an extra-large king-size bed, which makes our apartment even more unique and provides you with maximum comfort. The large en-suite bathroom includes a shower and wardrobe, plus the living room also has additional storage space. Located on the 6th floor, you'll have easy access to the scenic rooftop pool and gym, just one floor up. Guest access The apartment is fully private. You will have free access to all the shared amenities provided, including five swimming pools, a gym, a spa (fee), a rooftop restaurant (fee) and a parking space. The residence also offers shared Wi-Fi access. Coin operated laundry (30 THB) in the parking lot under buildings C and D Other things to note Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Check-out cleaning and shared WIFI are also included. - Electricity is charged separately 200THB per day. Electricity fee will be collected at check-in. - We provide one bath towel and one pool towel per person, as well as one set of complimentary shampoo and shower gel per bathroom upon check-in. - Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.
