This charming, family-friendly home is nestled at the southern gateway of the stunning Peel-Harvey Estuary and Indian Ocean. Enjoy an unbeatable location, just 800 meters from the Port Bouvard Marina and less than 3 km from Pyramids Beach, Avalon Beach and The Cut Golf Course. Explore miles of waterways and scenic bike paths of both estuary and ocean. Thrill-seekers can enjoy surfing, deep sea fishing or skate park just minutes away! The space A delightful airy home with a large open plan living, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and two toilets. The front of the house is graced by a large double carport and BBQ area, along with additional room to park a boat. Bikes and beach equipment can be stored behind a small side gate. The back sliding door spills out onto a small courtyard with an outdoor hot/cold shower allowing for easy rinse-off after all those fun beach activities. A relatively quiet street, mostly local traffic. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the home, back courtyard, double carport and front lawn areas. There is one locked cupboard in the home which is for the cleaners, and may not be accessed by the guests. If there are any needs, please ask, we are here to help! Other things to note No schoolies or teenager bookings. No loud parties. Please put bins out on Thursday evening.
