The popular South Terrace offers a range of culinary options to enjoy alongside some unique shops and art galleries. The space Inside you will find an open-plan living area that features a comfortable couch perfect for Netflix sessions. The space also includes a Dining/Living area that accommodates six people, along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a stovetop, oven, and dishwasher for your convenience and a large TV. There are three bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs master bedroom boasts a large King bed with a Queen in Bedrooms 2. Downstairs there is a more secluded bedroom with Queen bed. Separate bathrooms are to be found on both levels. *Extra Single Bed $35 per person per night* We offer an additional single bed that can be set up upon request to accommodate one extra guest, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. The large upstairs bedroom and downstairs living/dining area are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. An upstairs balcony from the main bedroom affords a vista of the Fremantle Skyline and rooftops plus access to Fremantle Doctor (a cool Indian Ocean breeze). The front part of the house is made from thick limestone, perfect for keeping it warm in winter and cool in summer. For your convenience, there's a washing machine and tumble dryer available. Bed linen and towels are provided, and complimentary WiFi is included. There is free parking for one car on the driveway of the property and free street parking available. You can however forget the need to drive as the house is conveniently located just 5 min walk to the South Terrace Cafe and a bar strip. Central Freo is just a 20 minute stroll from this beautiful villa. The bus stop is located at just a 150 metres away from the property, and is serviced every three minutes by buses that terminate at Freo Station. Central Freo is just a 5 minute ride in the bus. IMPORTANT:- A Security deposit of $150.00 is required before your arrival. A link will be sent for you to authorise and authenticate the 'Hold" on your credit card for $150.00. Once completed you will receive your check in instructions.
