The pool is heated between November and Easter season. Entering through the front porch you’ll arrive in the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. This space flows to a covered terrace, creating a lovely transition between indoors and out. The kitchen is designed around a central island, with plenty of space to prepare meals, socialise or take things slow up at the breakfast bar. Share a meal around the dining table enjoying the Peninsula’s excellent fresh produce. The main living room features a generously sized sofa fronting a TV, and you’ll also find a dedicated movie room with a cosy fireplace, perfect for creating that ultimate movie night experience for the family. Each bedroom is well-presented for a good night’s sleep with central air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable. The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a shower, spa bath and double vanity. Two of the remaining bedrooms come with double beds and plenty of space for your belongings. For those travelling with kids, there is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. The final bedroom includes a single bed and a large dedicated workspace for those needing to set up their laptop. Refresh within the neat main bathroom, which conveniently includes a separate toilet, and enjoy laundry facilities ideal for longer stays. Garage parking is provided.
