L'Ermitage - ecolodge with fenced garden

At the place called l 'Ermitage, at the edge of the woods of Mont Noir, the Ermitage ecolodge invites you to enjoy the calm of nature. This home includes a living room, a bedroom for two people, and a bathroom. A large bay window overlooking a private garden of 800m² fully fenced allowing you to enjoy the surrounding nature. the garden is only dedicated to you and your pets 🐕 The space The accommodation is a 2024 timber-frame construction equipped with reinforced wood wool insulation and a green roof, allowing you to live comfortably there all year round. It was built according to the RE2020 standard. A portable air conditioner is also available for even more comfort on hot days. The ecolodge is composed of a 12m² living room including the kitchen and living room, an 8m² bedroom as well as a 3.5m² shower room. A bay window in the center provides access to the 35 m² terrace. A fully enclosed outdoor space of 800 m², perfect for welcoming your four-legged friends and ensuring their safety. Guest access The entire property as well as the 800 m² of land are accessible and exclusively dedicated to guests. The main driveway allows you to park your car for free next to the Ecolodge. Other things to note We can offer bicycles for rent with the collaboration of a local renter. do not hesitate to ask us before your arrival. Our cottage is "Qualidog" certified with 3 truffles 🐶🐶🐶. It is fully fenced, and a bowl and water are available outside.
