We live in the house on the upper level and there will likely be other guests in the house, especially on weekends. You have full use of the house, kitchen farm and patio and the farm grounds. This location is about 15 miles from Athens and is great if you are visiting the area for a game weekend. We have Wifi and Roku TV which has Netflix and Amazon Prime Channels only. Guest access Guests have access to: - the entire Farm house - kitchen -great room -porch, deck and patio -swimming pool (when it's open) -animals and pastures -garden -blueberry patch Other things to note BREAKFAST: BREAKFAST IS SERVED ONLY ON WEEKENDS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT AT A COST OF $10 PER PERSON.
