After check-out, we clean the room between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM for the next guest. ★ For the convenience of our guests, we offer free temporary luggage storage. Please contact us if needed. ・Storage Time: If you need to temporarily store your luggage on the day of check-in, you can start storing it from 12:00 PM on that day. If you need to temporarily store your luggage on the day of check-out, please retrieve it by 3:00 PM on the same day after storing. ★ According to Japanese law, after booking, you must provide a passport copy (photo page), Address and professional information.Guests unable to provide this information may not be able to check in, so please be aware in advance. If additional cleaning time is required due to garbage not being disposed of or the room being left in a dirty condition, double the cleaning fee or other additional charges may apply. Also, in Japan, disposal of large items incurs a fee (3000 JPY~). Please do not leave old mugs, suitcases, or other items in the room or anywhere in Japan. ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors! Smoke residue is difficult to remove and may lead to other guests canceling their stay. You will be charged additional fees for any issues caused by smoking. ★ When leaving the room, please turn off the air conditioner, lights, and TV, and ensure that the gas stove and faucets are off to prevent accidents. ★ Compensation for damage or loss of items in the room: → In case of damage or loss, you will be charged not only for the item's cost but also for any additional related fees. ★ Please conserve electricity. Overuse may cause the circuit breaker to trip. If you use excessive electricity or water, additional fees will apply. ★ In case of emergencies or for facility maintenance, staff may need to enter the room. You will be notified in advance, but please note that staff may need to enter regardless of your permission. ★The storehouse on the first floor is prohibited from entering without permission. ★ Please note that any consequences resulting from the above situations, whether before, during, or after your stay, are the responsibility of the guest.
