No indoor smoking in the Villa . Fine- THB 5000. - Durian, Drugs, and Narcotics are strictly prohibited in the villa. - Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Since the villa is in a residential area ,in consideration of the neighbors guests are requested not to play loud music outdoor in the Patio ,Gazebo (Sala) & on the Pool Deck. - Pool and garden maintenance is conducted twice a week. 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗜𝗻 / 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸-𝗢𝘂𝘁 - Check-in: 3:00 PM onward - Check-out: 12 PM -You can extend checkout by maximum 2 hours without extra charge subject to no guests checking in the villa same day. If further extension is allowed by the Villa extra fee will be THB 2000/hour. 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 - Maximum occupancy: 15 Guests 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁 - 10,000 THB for stays no longer than 7 days. Extra deposit amount will be applicable for stay more than 7 days. ⭕️ONLY IN CASH⭕️ **Covers breaches of terms, damages, or extra expenses like electricity charges etc. - Electricity is not included in the room rate & will be charged on actuals at 7 THB/unit(KWH) as per the Thai Government electricity rate as per the actual meter reading. Villa staff will take photos of meter reading on check in & check out and will share them with guests for record. -Mineral water will be supplied free of cost. -Villa provides daily cleaning & Bed turning. -Bar B Q grill is available for the guest use including Gas supply for fire start up and charcoal free of cost. -Private Chef services are available on prior request. - Villa has special arrangement with one of the best Massage chain in Laguna area where as the villa Viola guest 10% discount will be applicable. The services include free pick up and drop by the Massage operator from the villa. In villa massage services is also available at slight extra cost. Details available with villa host along with very attractive massage rates. -Water & Internet are free of charge. -Baby cot & chair are available free of cost. -Villa provides transportation like airport pick up & drop plus car & Van hire for the day use at extra cost. details will be available with Villa host. -Bathroom/Toilet etiquette- Please do not flush Tissues/Sanitary Pads in the toilet to avoid clogging. In case of toilet clogged due to above there will be a charge of THB 5000 as plumbing fee.
