Charming Spacious Chalet in Vacheresse, between Lakes and Mountains. Welcome to this spacious mountain chalet in Vacheresse, ideally located between Lake Geneva and the magnificent peaks of the Alps. With a total area of 125 m², this house offers all modern comforts in a soothing natural setting. Perfect for holidays with family or friends. The space 🏰 Accommodation Once you go through the front door, you will find a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, opening onto a central island that could not be more welcoming. This island will allow you to cook in a friendly atmosphere with the company of your loved ones. Then, on the right, the Living Room opens onto the Dining Room and offers different seating, including a large sofa bed, which will offer you two additional beds (140 cm x 190 cm). A beautiful wooden table, which can accommodate 10 guests, sits proudly next to the wood-burning stove, which will accompany you during cold winter nights. On the outskirts of the Living Room, a Filant Balcony is located outside. You won't be able to miss this beautiful spiral staircase, made of wood. Feel free to use it to get to the first bedroom, enjoying its own toilet - bathroom complex. Back to the Kitchen now, or, on your left, you will find a second staircase. The other two bedrooms are at the bottom of this staircase. A bathroom, with a separate toilet is also there. In summary, these three bedrooms, each with a double bed of 140 cm x 200 cm, will allow you to maintain rest and privacy. As a reminder, the other two beds are in the living room, through the Sofa Bed... You will also have privileged access to the garage, whether to drop off your luggage or your winter sports equipment... Note that the presence of windows in almost all rooms makes this accommodation particularly bright. Geographically speaking, the house is located 200 meters from the heart of the village. Want to get closer to the Lakes? The first beaches of Lake Geneva are within 25 minutes by car and those of Lake Montriond within 30 minutes. Or maybe the mountains? Vacheresse is a charming village located a few steps from many snowy mountains (or not). The Dent d'Oche, one of the most popular mountains in the Chablais, is a 10-minute drive away if you ever want to embark on this magnificent hike. Skiers will not be disappointed either: from Vacheresse it is easy to reach the famous resort "Les Portes du Soleil", Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Bernex, Thollon les Mémises...
