Private pool, barbecue area, patio and gazebo are available. All kitchen utensils and air conditioners are ready, just bring your luggage. It offers a safe, peaceful and comfortable environment. The space Our 2+1 apartment with independent entrance offers a peaceful and pleasant accommodation especially for families with its private pool, barbecue area, large patio and gazebo. With its fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, you only need to bring your luggage. Our apartment has a maximum accommodation capacity of 6 people as 1 family: • 1 double bed • 2 single beds • 2 sofas The accommodation is designed to accommodate 4 adults as well as 1 or 2 children and 1 infant. A baby stroller is also available for our guests with babies. For a comfortable holiday, attention is paid to the number of adults and it is suitable for 1 family. Accommodation above the specified capacity is not accepted. Our facility is designed for conservative families. The pool, patio and barbecue area are exclusively for guests. The host's parents, who are in their 60s, live upstairs and provide support if needed. Pets are not allowed. Noise, loud sounds and parties are strictly not allowed. Only suitable for families. The pool is exclusively for the use of our guests and is positioned so that it is not visible from the outside. Our pool is thoroughly disinfected every 3 days, and chlorine and pH checks are carried out regularly. Cleanliness and hygiene standards are prioritized.
