It is an old timber house that is over 100 years old. The house was renovated in 2024. The house has 2 floors. Beautiful view over the fjord from the window. Plenty of space inside and outside. Fagervika is a rural area located at the outlet of Ranfjorden. The house has a large terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is a possibility for 1 sleeping place if needed. Boat and fishing are possible, but must be booked in advance. Large parking lot, 2 hiking trails, boat for rent. The hiking area "Brunnesset in Fagervika", German coastal fort.
