It is an old timber house that is over 100 years old. The house was renovated in 2024. The house has 2 floors. Lovely view over the fjord from the window. Enough space inside and outside. Fagervika is a rural area located at the outlet of the Ranfjord. The house has a large terrace with barbecue area and outdoor furniture. On the first floor there is possible 1 sleeping place if needed. Boat and fishing are possible, but must be booked in advance. Large parking space, 2 hiking trail, the boat for rent. The hiking area "Brunnesset i Fagervika" , German coastal fort.
