Other things to note 🌿 House Rules (Thank You for Your Cooperation) To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please kindly observe the following house rules. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or cancellation of the stay. 👥 Guest & Rates Policy -Rates are based on 8 guests. -Additional guests are charged RM35 per person per night. -Guests must declare the correct number during booking. Extra charges apply if numbers differ. 1️⃣ Help Us Keep the Home Clean -Kindly wash all utensils after use and return items to their original place. -For excessive mess or unreasonable dirtiness, a minimum cleaning fee of RM200 may apply and may be reported to Airbnb. 2️⃣ No Smoking Indoors -Strictly no smoking in the homestay. -Smoking smell or cigarette butts found will incur a RM500 penalty. 3️⃣ No Pets -Pets are not allowed. 4️⃣ Rubbish Disposal -All rubbish must be properly packed and disposed of in the garbage bin outside the gate. 5️⃣ No Shoes Indoors -Please remove shoes before entering the house. 6️⃣ Noise Control - Quiet hour starting from 9pm- 8am, keep voices low and no disturbance - Strictly No loud conversations, music, gatherings, or activities IS NOT ALLOWED ANYTIME outside the house, -Complaints from neighbours may result in a RM1,000 penalty and possible for police report. 7️⃣ Before Leaving -Please turn off all air-conditioners, lights, and fans. 8️⃣ Decorations -Decorations require prior approval. -Do not leave any decorations behind. -RM500 will be charged for cleaning, paint, and labour if not complied. 9️⃣ House Items -Do not remove spare mattresses, blankets, pillows, or bed linen without permission. -Missing, damaged, broken, or stained items will be charged for replacement. 🔟 Security & Belongings -Lock the door whenever you leave the premises. -Check all belongings before check-out. -We are not responsible for lost items. -Lost key penalty: RM300. 1️⃣1️⃣ Check-in Time -Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. -Minor delays may occur if additional housekeeping time is required. 1️⃣2️⃣ Events Policy -If you plan to use the place for any events/parties /wedding house/commercial shooting/gatherings/visiting, please inform us in advance as we will collect event fees of Rm300/Rm500 (commercial shooting/daily) as extra guest visiting and usage of the space. -The maximum guest that we can accommodate is 25pax only. -Canopy & catering are not allowed.
