Mobility lease possible from 1 to 10 months The space The place can accommodate up to 3 people: - one bedroom with a large comfortable 160 x 200 bed with a wardrobe closet with hangers, - a bathroom with a large shower, hair dryer, washing machine, mirror and toilet - a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, vintage fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction stove, Nespresso coffee machine, temperature-controlled kettle, toaster and 1 extendable table, - a living room with a 140 x 190 convertible bench, a full HD TV connected to fiber optics with Orange TV access, - an office area in the living room with storage and a Wi-Fi connection, - an air humidifier fan, - sunny and very bright exposure and unobstructed view. For your convenience, the bed will be made before your arrival and towels will be provided. Naturally, Wi-Fi is accessible and free. Due to the steps from the street, the place cannot accommodate people with limited mobility.
