The villa features 3 bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a queen-size bed, and one with a single bed. A second bathroom with walk-in shower is also available. The open-plan living area is air-conditioned and connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Outside, you’ll enjoy a heated private pool, a covered terrace with natural shade, and a large, fenced garden perfect for relaxing or letting children play safely. Private parking, PS5, JBL sound system, and fast Wi-Fi are included. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and property, including the heated private pool, the covered terrace, the fully fenced garden, and private parking. All interior spaces – including the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room – are for your use only. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, PlayStation 5, and a JBL speaker for your comfort and entertainment. Other things to note The heated pool is available from early spring to late autumn, depending on weather conditions. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
