The space Mobile Home: - A bedroom with a double bed, -A smart TV with TNT antenna -A wardrobe and overnight furniture with a bedside lamp. -A second bedroom with a nightstand and wardrobes above the bed . -A non-convertible living room but one person can sleep there easily . -A TV with TNT antenna -A kitchen with a large fridge and freezer -Mic wave -Kitchen cabinets -Electric boiler -Coffee maker with electric filter -Grille pain -Maintenance product -Dishwashing -Barbecue with charcoal and fire lighter and accessories - 305x200x84 above-ground tubular pool with games for children, unheated and available from April to September, 3.6 m3! Swimming is the responsibility of the parents. - Board games -A separate, water-connected toilet with toilet paper and toilet gel DO NOT THROW WIPES IN THE toilet!!!!! this is a shredder -A bathroom with a shower and a sink with shower gel at your disposal Wooden terrace: -5 chairs and a table -A garden furniture -The terrace is covered in wood and semi-open in order to keep the view magnificent! We favor simple, clean and functional accommodation in order to offer an affordable price. It is equipped with 3 electric radiators as well as a carbon monoxide detector and a fire detector, and the electricity is up to standard. -A barbecue outside is available with charcoal and fire, please empty it and make it clean when you leave ( a bucket next to this one with a sponge is provided to clean it ) - 2 public parking spots - Note: as the land is slightly sloping, the mobile home is not perfectly level. This does not affect its use, but we prefer to mention it for full transparency. For insurance and security reasons, only people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay on the premises. Any additional undeclared person may be subject to additional fees and/or result in the cancellation of the stay in accordance with the House Rules. I don't charge a cleaning fee It is therefore imperative that the barbecue, pool, and accommodation are returned clean and in the same condition in which you found them on arrival. I cannot afford to empty and fill the pool after each rental. So please ensure that it is properly maintained during your stay and leave it clean upon checkout. In the event of significant soiling, waste left on site, or the need for exceptional cleaning, additional charges may be made.
