It is not usable during frost! any swim will be under the responsibility of the parents! at your disposal: - Coffee, sugar - Tea - Salt and pepper -From paper towels and toilet paper -Cooking supplies -Plats , glasses, cups, plates, pans -Worked -A first aid kit - Garbage bags - Bedding ( pillow + duvet+ pillowcase+ fitted sheets) at no extra charge! -The toiletries ( glove and towel ) are not provided! -Non-smoking accommodation! -Pets are welcome - The water is potable but we provide 3 L of water for free for your arrival! - For the terrace, the lighting is provided by LED lamps with remote control. - The Mobile Home is not very new, but it is maintained regularly, everything is functional and cleaned after each departure, it does not have an expensive finish because we want to stay affordable for all guests! it is equipped with 3 electric radiators as well as a carbon monoxide detector and a fire detector and the electricity is up to standard and connected directly to the meter! -A barbecue outside is available with charcoal and fire, please empty it and make it clean when you leave ( a bucket next to this one with a sponge is provided to clean it ) - 2 public parking spots - For your information: the land is not flat, the mobile home may be slightly out of level, but we have personally tested it, nothing disturbing! Guest access mobile home + terrace + 300 m2 fenced garden Other things to note 3 steps down to access the land and 2 steps at the entrance to the terrace! bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, fries, pizzerias, food shops, banks, cafes, hairdressers, health center, etc... nearby (less than 10 min by car)
