Green setting and unheated above-ground pool, shops 6 min away you can visit the camel estate 10 min from the mobile home! -Barbecue and charcoal included -Animals ok! -Belgium 45 Min -Paris 2.5 hours The space Mobile Home: - A bedroom with a double bed, - A smart TV with TNT antenna - A wardrobe and a nightstand with a bedside lamp. - A second bedroom with a nightstand and cabinets above the bed. - A non-convertible living room but one person can sleep there easily. - TV with TNT antenna -A kitchen with a large fridge and freezer - A microwave - Kitchen cabinets - Electric kettle - Electric coffee maker without filter - Toaster - Cleaning products - Dish towels - Barbecue with charcoal and firelighter and accessories in summer - Tubular above-ground pool with games for children, unheated and available from April to September! - Board games - A separate toilet connected to the water with toilet paper and toilet gel DO NOT THROW WIPES IN THE TOILET!!!!! It's a grinder - A bathroom with shower and sink with shower gel at your disposal Wooden terrace: - 5 chairs and a table - Garden furniture - The terrace is covered in wood and semi-open in order to keep the magnificent view! It is not usable during freezing periods! all swimming will be under the responsibility of the parents! at your disposal: - Coffee, sugar - Tea - Salt and pepper - Paper towels and toilet paper - Cooking utensils - Dishes, glasses, cups, plates, pans - Cutlery - A first aid kit - Garbage bags - Bedding (pillow + duvet + pillowcase + fitted sheets) at no extra charge! - Toiletries (gloves and towels) are not provided! - No smoking allowed! - Pets are welcome - The water is drinkable but we provide 3 bottles of water for free for your arrival! - For the terrace (wooden closure before summer) the lighting of this one is done by LED lamps with remote control. - The Mobile Home is not very new, but it is maintained regularly, everything is functional and cleaned after each departure, it does not have an expensive finish because we want to remain affordable for all travelers! It is equipped with 3 electric radiators as well as a carbon monoxide detector and a fire detector, and the electricity is up to standard and connected directly to the meter! - An outdoor barbecue is available with charcoal and firelighter, please empty it and make it clean when you leave (a bucket next to it with a sponge is provided to clean it) - 2 public parking spaces - For your information: the land is not flat, the mobile home may be slightly out of level, but we have personally tested it, nothing disturbing! Guest access mobile home + terrace + 300 m2 fenced garden Other things to note 3 steps down to access the land and 2 steps at the entrance to the terrace! bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, fries, pizzerias, food shops, banks, cafes, hairdressers, health center, etc... nearby (less than 10 min by car)
