Escape to our charming cottage, a small but stylish retreat at the foot of the beautiful Heuvelland. This cottage offers everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay. Our house offers a comfortable and cozy base to explore the beautiful hills, picturesque villages and the rich history of this region. We are pleased to welcome you to this unique environment, where tranquility and nature come together. The space Our vacation home was completely remodeled and renovated in August 2024. With much love and care, we have decorated our home. The cottage is taken care of to the last detail and everything is present. Our house accommodates two (max 3) people and is located in a quiet holiday park in Simpelveld (a charming village at the gateway to the Mergelland). The detached house has 1st floor and features a stylishly decorated living room, an open kitchen, two beds (160x200, 140x200; on the 1st floor), a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a parasol and lockable bicycle storage. The front door opens and closes via the key and the Tedee app. P.S. For your information: coffee cup machine with Dolce Gusto cups. Note: Gas, water, and electricity with a usage of 5 euros per day are included in the price. (Upon arrival, you will, where possible, be personally welcomed, and we will guide you through everything.) Other things to note The holiday park is located in a beautiful region, ideal for lovers of hiking, cycling and nature. Simpelveld is centrally located in relation to both the South Limburg tourist attractions and Belgium and Germany. Accessibility is excellent, with good connections to surrounding towns and villages, and the N281 is a stone's throw away. We will welcome you upon arrival! P.S.
