Fully furnished and very well equipped, it is spacious and you can stay there for up to 4 people. Bed linen, tea towel, sponge and bath towels are included in the rental. Basic groceries and cleaning products can be found in the cupboards. The ceiling fan is very quiet and really very pleasant. Quietly located on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, the view is magnificent at sunset. You can enjoy the swimming pool after a day of sightseeing, or simply to relax after your treatment. Situation : - 7 minutes on foot (500m) from the Roche Posay Thermal Center; - 10 minutes walk (750m) from the city center (restaurants, tourist office, press center, etc.); - 4 minutes by car from Casino Partouche; - 5 minutes by car from the Super U store; - 40 minutes from Futuroscope; - 1h15 from Beauval Zoo. The apartment is made up of: - a kitchen area equipped with 2 induction hobs, an oven, a small dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and plenty of kitchen equipment and utensils. - a bathroom with a bathtub, a storage unit, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a drying rack. - a living room with a 140cm wide bed, for 2 people, a sofa which transforms into 2 single beds 80cm wide, a television with TNT, a table with 4 chairs, a cupboard/wardrobe for storage. - an office area to work properly if you are on the move. Guest access Arrival is independent, which gives you the freedom to arrive at the time you want, from 4 p.m. You can park for free on site.
