Pets allowed. The space The "Stone house by the sea" is located in the seaside area of Votsalakia or Kampos Marathokampos, just 15 meters from the beach with stunning sea views. It is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people looking for a combination of comfort, practicality and a great location. The house consists of two floors connected by an external staircase and has all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The lower floor accommodates the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and iron, as well as one of the two bathrooms with shower. The upper floor offers a spacious terrace with dining area, sofa, armchairs and sun lounger – ideal for relaxing moments overlooking the sea, as well as the second bathroom with shower. The property has air conditioning and Wi-Fi on both floors, while FHD smart TVs are available on each floor for your entertainment. There are refrigerators on both floors, for greater convenience. In addition, we offer a playpen, high chair and bathtub for your babies, while the house is pet-friendly, with special equipment (cradle and food and water bowl). The location of the house is excellent: you are in the center of the area, next to restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets and taxi stands. The bus stop is right outside the house, offering easy access even without a car. For those who choose to rent a car, there is free public parking on the main street in front of the accommodation. Votsalakia offers a friendly and quiet neighborhood, ideal for families who want to combine the proximity to the beach and the comforts of the area.
