Near the apartment there are a couple of well-equipped markets, cafes and many good restaurants. Access to the apartment is directly from the main highway M-17. Parking for 6 cars covered with kiwi which creates excellent shade. The parking lot is covered by security cameras. Upon entering the parking lot, you immediately have a beautiful view of the lake.
