It is located in a private garden of a family house in a quiet part of the village of Smižany. The house is insulated and heated, suitable for the winter months. Long-term rental possible from November 16 to April 30. Perfect place for digital nomads, couples and guests looking for peace, nature and comfort. The space This newly built apartment (32 m²) is an ideal retreat especially for couples looking for a romantic stay, but also suitable for individuals looking for peace. Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm). Living room with a sofa bed (150x200 cm). Guest access The entire house will be at your disposal during your stay. You will find everything you need ready for you: sheets and blankets, extra pillows and blankets, towels, soap, toilet paper, in the kitchen dishwashing detergent, dishes, cutlery, napkins, towels. Of course, there is Wi-Fi in the house. Other things to note The house is located in the private garden of a family house where we live with our family. Guests have their own entrance, terrace and complete privacy, but if necessary, we will be happy to help or advise you with tips for trips in the Slovak Paradise.
