The cosy living area includes a double sofa bed, a fireplace, and a bookshelves stocked with a variety of books, creating the perfect space for reading. The kitchenette is well-stocked with a selection of teas for your convenience. The first floor is bathed in natural light and offers a spacious living area with a fireplace, a piano, and two large king sofa beds centered around a 65-inch smart TV. This level also includes two additional bedrooms, each with its own TV, and one with access to a private balcony. The well-equipped kitchen, dining area, modern bathroom, and a second Euro-style laundry with a dryer complete this floor. A highlight is the huge bookshelf filled with a diverse collection of books, perfect for leisurely reading For larger groups or families seeking privacy, both the ground and first floor offer their own separate living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms, ensuring everyone has their own retreat. Second Floor: • Rooftop terrace with outdoor seating which can be accessed via an external vertical ladder from outside the dining area. Note: You may need to bend down slightly to pass through the window to the outdoor area where the ladder is. Parking: Car parking - we have 2 street permit that allows you to park where stated 'permit pass' for added convenience. There are plenty of 2 hr and all night parking spots available. Families: There is plenty of space for families to spread out in the house and if you’re travelling with a baby/toddler we’ve got you covered with a portable cot, change table, high chair & children tableware. Guest access You will have full access to the entire residence with a private entrance and freedom to come and go as you please. This three-level home features a unique setup: the ground floor is split into two sections. The front part operates as a pop-up furniture shop, while the rear half is your private space. You'll enjoy exclusive access to your area with your own private entrance, along with full access to the first floor and the rooftop terrace, ensuring a comfortable and private stay. The access is using the key safe lock box located in front of the entrance. Other things to note Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests. Bedding, linen, and towels are provided for 3 bedroom and up to 6 guests. An additional charge applies for extra guests, who will use the two king sofa bed in the living area (1st floor) and double sofa bed (ground level) with additional bedding, linen, and towels supplied.
