Other things to note Our neighbour has two lovely dogs ( dont worry they are behind the fence ) who love barking at new arrivals! Just ignore them - they will soon settle. As it’s a rural property, you may encounter wonderful things such as reptiles, insects, bugs, autumn leaves, shades of silver dust and is regularly sprayed for bugs. Refunds will not be provided for such occurrences. Bug spray is also available for your convenience. Please watch your steps in the garden, it can be slippery at times. local power outage is very uncommon but if happens owner will not be held responsible. House rules 1.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. Outside is fine. 2.Maximum of 6 people allowed. 3.Please leave the BBQ and picnic area clean after use. 4. Please dont lose house keys, AC or fan remote and leave them to their original place after use. 5.If you want to use fire pit please bring fire wood. 6. No internal stuff ( chairs, blanket etc ) to be taken outside and external stuff to be taken inside. 7. Please follow local fire-ban rules.
