Located between the beaches of Balneário Camboriú (20 km), Itapema (5 km) and Bombinhas (10 km), the environment is configured to provide ample social spaces with a focus on the leisure area. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house: the two bedrooms where 8 people can sleep in total (each bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, two bathrooms, two social areas: a new one with pool, pergola, shower, and place to sunbathe and the other social area with rustic decor with barbecue, wood stove, gas stove, 1 refrigerator and 1 brewery, dining table, official pool table, hammocks, ample parking, etc. All protected by a gate. Please note that it is the GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that their family members (especially young children and people with disabilities) do not drown in the pool or fall in by accident. Other things to note The neighborhood is in a super quiet location, but about 250m from El Fortín, so guests can also use the house as a place to "warm up" not to mention that they can sleep there instead of leaving the party and hitting the road drunk. It is important to mention that although it is close to the party venue, you do not hear noise/music at night, nor are there drunk people wandering near the house, as it is in the opposite direction of those who come and go. The only noises you hear at night are the sound of crickets and nature outside.
