The apartment has two floors: main floor contains living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom, as well as access to a rooftop terrace over the garage. The bedrooms are located on the top floor. The space A 100m² large apartment spread over two floors in a charming, older semi-detached house from 1909, located close to the city center yet in a quiet setting in Storhaug, Stavanger. The bedrooms are both on the top floor, where there is also space for an extra person in the loft hallway, which has a single bed (90cm). This area is separated by a curtain. The guest room has a 140cm wide double bed and a crib for an infant. The master bedroom features a 180cm wide double bed. The main floor has a large and spacious living room, dining room, a very large and well-equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space, as well as a smaller bathroom with a toilet and shower niche. This floor also has a laundry room with access to the rooftop terrace above the garage. The terrace is equipped with a gas grill, a corner sofa with a table, and a sunbed. It is sheltered and sunny throughout the day. The kitchen includes both a heat pump and a fireplace. There is 2-hour free street parking on weekdays between 8 AM and 6 PM, and on Saturdays between 10 AM and 4 PM. Parking is free in the evenings, on Sundays, and on holidays.
