Upon entering, you’ll find a well-appointed living space downstairs equipped with a gas fireplace that adds a touch of warmth and ambiance. The full kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures and includes modern appliances, a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee, and a convenient washer/dryer combo. Upstairs, the sleeping area features a luxurious king-size bed and a full bathroom, providing a private and serene space to unwind. The loft layout maximizes the use of space, and has a juliet balcony that presents unique views across the tree tops and heritage of Petersham. A study nook with a desk under the stairs is ideal for catching up on work or planning your Sydney adventures. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system. The Cottage is situated on a private property that is lovingly tended to by its owners. From time to time they will potter about outside caring for the garden, but will endeavour to be discreet and respect your privacy at all times. The adjacent homes curtains will be closed more often than not to allow further privacy and comfort. There is a curious fluffy white cat named Harper, living in the main house.
