For parking usage, kindly provide car model and plate number • Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 2 PM, and check-out is at 12 NN. • Hallway Etiquette: Please do not leave shoes, trash, or personal items in the hallway or outside the unit. • Cleaning: Kindly wash and return all dishes to the dish rack after use. • Safety: Always lock the doors when leaving for your safety and peace of mind. • Appliances: Please do not unplug any appliances, and avoid opening the windows. • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and throughout Trees Residences. A fine of PHP 5,000 applies for violations. • Noise and Quiet Hours: Parties and loud noises are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
