Welcome to Kombali, a charming two-storey pet-friendly beach house in Moffat Beach, ideal for two families or groups of friends. The fully contained upstairs area features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and beautiful ocean views from the deck. Downstairs, connected by external stairs, offers a separate studio space with a queen bed, a sofa bed and ensuite. Kombali's beachy vibe and convenient layout makes it the perfect retreat for a relaxing coastal getaway only 450m to the beach. The space As you approach Kombali from the quiet Moffat Beach street, you'll immediately be drawn to the beautiful trees and fruit orchards that surround the beach house, featuring limes and passion fruits, to name a few. The home is designed with functionality in mind and is split into two self-contained levels, accessible via an external set of stairs. The first set of stairs leads to the fully contained, newly renovated downstairs studio with a queen bed, a sofa bed that doubles as a sofa with a smart TV, a kitchenette, dining for 4, an air-conditioning unit, and an ensuite. This space boasts a lovely patio area with a high table, BBQ, and seating area overlooking the garden, which is fully fenced and safe for your four-legged friend to enjoy. Taking the external stairs up to the main level, you'll enter from the spacious deck featuring a large outdoor table and two sofas, both nestled among the tree tops with beautiful sea glimpses of the nearby Moffat Beach. Inside, the open-plan kitchen is super spacious with a large gas stove/oven, plenty of benchtop space, and all the appliances you need for cooking away from home. The adjacent dining table seats six, and you have the added bonus of dining alfresco on the balcony, utilising the bifold window to serve from the kitchen to the deck. To the left of the kitchen is the cosy living room with two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and an air-conditioning unit. Down the wooden-floored hallway, you'll find the master bedroom, a second bedroom, and a very spacious bathroom serving the upstairs space. Upstairs: Master Bedroom - Relax in the charming master bedroom with french doors that open onto the thin front balcony. This space features a plush king-sized bed, wardrobe cupboard, TV, split system air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. Bathroom 1 - The spacious and modern main bathroom upstairs is complete with a shower, bathtub, double vanity, and toilet. Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom, located across from the master, features two king single beds, a wardrobe, and a ceiling fan. French doors open onto the slim front balcony, allowing beautiful sea breezes to flow in. Laundry - The washing machine is located upstairs in the bathroom and the dryer is in the hallway cupboard. Downstairs Studio: This newly renovated, fully self-contained studio sleeps 4 and offers a comfortable queen bed and a sofa queen bed that doubles as a sofa with a smart TV in front. The air-conditioned studio features a brand-new ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity, along with a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, sink, and microwave, and an adjacent dining table for four. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire two storey home and double garage. There is also plenty of free on-street parking available. Other things to note *Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
