Upon entering, you will find an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring a Smart TV. Although the kitchen area is compact, it is equipped with a small worktop hob unit, an air fryer, a combination microwave/convection oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The bedroom has been stylishly furnished with a king-size bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail. The property features a spacious shower room, with underfloor heating and a modern walk-in shower cubicle. Outside, a patio area with a table and chairs and lawned area offers views of a pond within the property's grounds. A charcoal barbecue is also available.
