This detached, single-storey property, with a rural view from every window, has been thoughtfully converted by the owners from a former woodstore into a bright and comfortable holiday home. Upon entering, you will find an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area designed for relaxation and convenience, featuring a Smart TV. Although the kitchen area is compact, it is equipped with a small worktop hob unit, an air fryer, a combination microwave/convection oven and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The bedroom has been stylishly furnished with a king-size bed. The property features a spacious shower room, with underfloor heating and a modern walk-in shower cubicle. Outside, a patio area with a table and chairs and lawned area offers views of a pond within the property's grounds. A charcoal barbecue is also available. Additional Information: Unsuitable for children due to the open pond area. One small/medium well behaved dog welcome (extra charge payable locally to the owner). There is a designated EV charging point outside the property (extra charge - to be agreed with the owner in advance of your stay).
