Nestled in a residential area of Laban, Shillong, OOtO Homestay offers a tranquil retreat just 3.5 km from the city centre (Police Bazaar) and a short walk from the Laban Last Stop taxi stand. The neighborhood provides easy access to local markets, cafes, and eateries, making it an ideal base for exploring Shillong. OOtO includes 4 uniquely decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms & entrances, lounge, lobby, dining area and a compound that can accommodate parking for 5-6 standard cars. The space Our cozy cabin offers four uniquely decorated bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, private entrance, a smart TV with OTT apps, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a fan ensuring a sanctuary of comfort and privacy for all our guests. Besides the 4 bedrooms, the property also includes the living room, lobby, dining room, kitchen, back verandah and a compound for free overnight parking for self-driven cars. Please note that there's no driver accommodation available. At OOtO Homestay, we're committed to sustainability. To conserve water, we change linens and towels every two days. Housekeeping is done every two days for the bedrooms and every day for the common rooms. Thoughtful conveniences like 24/7 water supply and UPS power back up will ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. With high-speed WiFi, you can stay connected and share those picture-perfect moments from the cozy cabin porch on social media, catch up on work or stream your favorite shows. Guest access Guests will have access to all 4 bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. The King-sized room at OOtO Homestay offers a plush King-size bed while the other three Queen-size rooms feature a Queen size bed. The living room is perfect for lounging after a day out exploring the city, for game nights, or simply unwinding and recharging. The dining area is ready for your takeouts and dinners and is equipped with a microwave, fridge, water purifier, electric kettle, tea, coffee and essential dinnerware for a hassle-free dining experience. Our small kitchen is available for your use, equipped with basic cooking utensils. Or, let us take care of breakfast for you! Paid breakfast is available daily from 8am-10am. Food delivery apps like Swiggy Zomato, Blinkit, etc. are also easily available if you don’t feel like cooking :) Other things to note This property is easily accessible by standard car and taxis. However, if you’re travelling by a tempo traveller, you’ll need to be dropped off about 50 metres away from the property as tempo travellers cannot enter the residential area.
