The home is reverse cycle heated and cooled (kindly stay within the recommended temperature band and only select the rooms required). The living area has a 75" TV and a Bluetooth speaker for additional entertainment before leading out to the back sliding door. The master bedroom boasts a King-size bed and a full ensuite. The second and third Queen bedrooms share the second bathroom, which also has a screenless shower. A travel cot is available, and additional mattresses may be arranged. The laundry room with a separate toilet adjoined, is stocked with the essentials to maintain your personal laundry items if required. As this is a new property, the landscaping is in development; however, there is a manicured lawn adjacent to the BBQ area where the kids can play. There is plenty of parking out front and room for the caravan or boat. Other things to note The cleaning fee applied accounts for general cleaning and laundry of linen, due to the remote location of the property. There is no allowance for repeat cleaning of stained materials, including upholstery and carpets.
