La Maison Majorelle Family Guest Apartment

This 2-star apartment, specially designed for families, is located on the 2nd floor of our house in the heart of Bar-sur-Aube. Our house is the former presbytery of St Maclou church. You will have the 2nd floor on a private basis: large cathedral bedroom adjoining a large room with kitchen areas, living room, games, children's beds, mezzanine with work area and sofa bed and your private shower room. Not suitable for PRMs. Only common area: entrance and stairs The space Our home is our family's home. We have 3 children and a small cat that can visit you during your stay. The entrance on the right in the photo will allow you to access the house independently (lockbox). The ground floor as well as the 1st floor of the house are not accessible but the 2nd floor is reserved for you. Access to the garden possible through the entrance. Guest access Your space is located on the 2nd floor, you access it by a large staircase that leads to your bedroom on the left, the shower room with toilet opposite and then on the right the living room which includes a kitchen area, a dining area, a games area and a living room area with TV. There is also a crib in this large room, or even two. On the mezzanine, a desk will allow you to work. For older children, a single bed. In your cathedral room of about 50 m2, there is a 140 cm bed, a storage closet, a small desk and a folding bed for a small child (which can be installed in the large room if you wish). If you are traveling with a baby, you will also find a baby crib with mattress and sheets, a baby bathrobe and shower ring, an electric night light, a changing pad, a booster seat and a baby monitor (on request). Sheets, towels and dish towels are included. Your car can be parked in our locked courtyard (if it is not lowered) and motorcycles or bicycles can be parked in our garage. Access to the garden is available upon request. We're here for any suggestions and would be happy to host you! You are 10 minutes by car from Nigloland, 15 minutes from Colombey les 2 Churches, 20 minutes from Lake Dienville, 50 minutes from Troyes and on the Champagne Road... Bar sur Aube, small town of character, has a swimming pool, cinema, media library, playground and children's walk... Some details: As the house is inhabited, everyone must respect the calm. Our cat is free to move around as it pleases, including in your space if the doors are open.
