18th century family house completely renovated in 2024, located in the heart of the Noble Valley. Come and have a pleasant stay with family or friends in a quiet area and in the middle of the Alsatian vineyard. Ideally located on the Wine Route between Mulhouse and Colmar. The space Charming Alsatian house of 100 m² accommodating up to 8 people. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find the main everyday utensils as well as user-friendly kitchen appliances (fondue, raclette and stone-grill). A Senseo coffee machine is available as well as a toaster and other household appliances to fully enjoy your breakfasts and meals during your stay. The spacious living room, combining the dining room and living room, will allow you to spend good convivial moments. A TV and various board games are available. Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house. The accommodation has 3 double beds (160 x 190) as well as a bunk bed, divided into 3 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom. Beds will be made upon arrival and bath towels will be available to each guest. The house is equipped with a master bathroom including a walk-in shower, large sink and toilet. A second individual toilet is also present in the accommodation. We will do the cleaning when you check out. A baby bed and high chair can be made available on request. A 40 m² covered outdoor terrace is at your disposal with garden furniture and a barbecue. A private and fully enclosed inner courtyard will store and secure your bikes, strollers and other personal items. A workbench is also on site with tools. Two free private parking spaces are at your disposal. Other things to note We prefer to hand over the keys in person.
