Lovely smallholding with well-maintained house and historical barn. Here you will experience tranquility and enjoy yourself with your friends, whether you want to go to the mountains by skiing or in the photo and with a sauna after the trip. Have your coffee in the barn's great premises. Great as a starting point for ski touring both winter and summer. The space The main floor of the house has a hallway, living room and kitchen. Living room has TV and there is access to internet throughout the house (fiber). The sleeping floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and a room with 5 beds. The lower floor has a bathroom, library and sauna. The library is outside the sauna so you can calm down between the sessions in the sauna. The barn has a living area downstairs with chairs and tables. Extremely cozy for coffee. The barn department also has plenty of seating and is built with traditional materials. The outdoor area has plenty of parking and there is plenty of space for barbecues (fire grill is ready for use) and it is nice to sit outside around the house and by the garage. Barn/barn can be used for storing ski equipment and for lubrication. The outdoor area is safe and calm. From the house it is about 1 km to a lovely lake (Bjørnarvatnet) where it can be bathed. From the house there is a path to the famous Snolkehytta. a trip there is highly recommended. The house is located in an area with many nice summit mountains and targets, such as Høgtinden, Leigas, Spanstinden, Årsteinhornet, Midnattsoltrappa and Snolkehytta. Guest access The whole house can be used minus a storage room in the basement and a storage room in the loft. The entire barn/barn can be used, but caution should be shown since this is an old wooden barn and since it is protected. The entire outdoor area can be used. Garage can be used by agreement. Other things to note The barn/barn is built in traditional style and is of old vintage. The building is protected, but can be used with care. Is very cozy on the barn/barn, will put a tip on your stay.
