Our 2 bedroom house is located in Mogappair near the likes of Koyambedu & Anna Nagar. Our house is comfortable for a family or friends of 4/5. The location is surrounded by Koyambedu metro , reputed hospitals like MMM, Apollo Vanagaram and reputed IT parks at Ambattur. Entertainment arena are of no short, VR MALL, ROHINI THEATRE and restro bars lie barely 5 mins away from the property. The space Its a 2 bedroom apartment in a standalone building. It is completely furnished. The property has an elevator. Layout: 1st bedroom: air-conditioned with an attached bathroom 2nd bedroom: air-conditioned with an attached bathroom. Guest access The guest have access to the whole apartment which comes with an private entrance. -parking is available at the premises. Other things to note FOR LONG STAY ENQUIRIES YOU CAN REACH OUT TO ME BY CLICKING ON MESSAGE HOST OPTION BELOW THE PROFILE PICTURE. -The guests are free to avail housekeeping services during their stay at free of cost , but limited to once per day. - Our check in time is 11 and checkout time is 10. our sincere request to the guest is to adhere to the said timings. POWER BACK UP : In the unlikely event of an electricity shutdown by authorities ,we have an power back up which can last for 4 hours on efficient use. In case of exhaustion of power back up we request the guest to patiently wait for the power to restore.
